Configuring Disclosure Log Transmissions
The X Series unit continuously stores information in a full disclosure case log for monitored
patients. The X Series unit can maintain up to 150 full disclosure cases that contain:
•
treatment events
•
trends
•
ECG and other continuous waveforms
•
monitoring and event snapshots
•
12-lead snapshots and analysis.
For systems with a Disclosure Log server configured, the X Series unit allows you to wirelessly
transmit the full Disclosure case logs and audio for up to 15 cases to a remote server for
subsequent retrieval. Use the Supervisor>Communications>Disclosure Log menu to configure
the remote server to which to send the disclosure log case data.
To configure the remote server:
1. Under the Communications menu, select Disclosure Log >Configure. The Disclosure Log
menu displays.
2. In the Server DNS Name field, enter the host name of the remote server to which to send the
Log data.

Enter the Port to be used to connect to the server.
4.
Enter your associated Password and Customer ID in the fields provided.
5. When you are done entering data, press the back arrow ( ) to return to the
Supervisor>Communications menu or press or the Home/Display button ( ) to Primary
Display window.
