10) Imported user name and password are “ppp”, click "dial-up", and
begin to establish a connection, a successful connection, the fingerprint
device default IP address is: 192.168.1.100.
11) Open attendance software, equipment will be adapted to the IP
address of 192.168.1.100,
12) Click the "connect" button, after the success of connected devices,
we can upload or download data for the work.
Note
:
1) Please use the cable which marks “Modem Cable” to connect with
Modem and Fingerprint device (The Modem cable we supplied).
2) You should use Fingerprint device controller to supply the power for
Modem once you used the Modem. Before connection Modem please
set “Extern Modem” value as “Yes” (

) on Fingerprint device menu.
3) When use Modem, RS232, RS485 for Fingerprint device are
forbidden. Once Extern Modem” value is “No” (non use of Modem),
RS232, RS485 is working.
4) PPP Server has already been embedded in Fingerprint device. Please
use Widows “Dial up” PPP user terminal program to connect with
Fingerprint device, the default user name is “ppp”, as well as the
password.
5) After setting PPP communication, default IP address of computer is
