7) In a telephone number column, fill the number of telephone that
modems connected with, there are several situations.
Via the internal extensions call the extension:
Directly input the
numbers of extensions that modem connect to, such as the above figure
the 1019 is the numbers of extension.
Use the external telephone to call internal phone:
Need to enter
switchboard number, then enter the extension number, divided it with a
comma, every comma that stopped for 3 seconds, if necessary, can add a
few commas. It is same with above switchboard telephone number,
before the need to add the area code of the city.
Directly dial-up:
Directly input the telephone numbers, the same
attention to the area code issue.
Use the internal phone to call external telephone:
