System maintenance

Electromagnetic compatibility

(EMC)

No regular inspections and maintenance are required in order to maintain
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

Maintenance intervals

Regular preventive maintenance is required in order to ensure safe and correct
operation of the device as well as a long service life.

The following table lists the relevant maintenance activities and shows at
which maximum intervals they must be performed.

The following sections describe the procedures to follow for performing main-
tenance tasks yourself.

Any other maintenance activities that are not described here in detail require
device-specific knowledge.
Please contact your local ZEISS Service or an authorized partner in a timely
manner to have these maintenance tasks carried out.
