Relocating the device
•
Please observe the following points when relocating the stand:
– Turn off the device with the power switch.
– Remove the power plug from the wall socket.
– Move the suspension arm into its transport position (see illustration
opposite or “Transport position” label on the device).
– Wind up the cable of the foot control panel on one of the cable
supports and hang the foot control panel on the handle.
– Wind up the power cord on the other cable support.
– Release all the locking tabs of the casters.
– Hold the device by the bracket and carefully push it to its new position.
Ensure that the device is standing on level ground.
– Press at least three of the locking tabs and make sure that the stand is
no longer able to roll away by itself.
CAUTION Risk of crushing – mind your fingers!
Fingers may be crushed in the areas marked with the “Risk of crushing” label.
•
Do not touch these areas while the system is being moved or placed into
its working/transport position.
CAUTION Mechanical forces can have undesirable impacts when the device is
being transported!
If the following precautions are not observed, the device may injure persons,
topple over, and be damaged:
•
Bring the device into its transport position and use the respective friction
knob to lock it into this position.
•
Use the grab handle for transporting the device.
•
Mind the maximum vertical clearance when passing through doorways.
•
Avoid collisions of any kind.
•
Therefore, move the stand slowly and carefully! Because the stand moves
so smoothly, it is easy to underestimate how heavy it is.
•
Be extremely careful when moving over inclines.
•
Do not park the device on inclines.
