CONTURA

Filter replacement should take place every 2000 operating hours at the
latest. If one of the filter elements significantly changes color before ex-
piry of this interval, you should replace the filter elements. To order the
filter elements, please call our support team or contact a ZEISS service
engineer. Different filter elements are used in the filters.

Replacing filter elements

CAUTION

There is a risk of injury if the filter cap is removed under pres-
sure.

Shut off the pressure before starting work on the service unit.

Disconnect the compressed air supply from the power supply.

Make sure to depressurize the line.

Push the unlock device upwards and hold it.

Turn the filter cap in the direction of the arrow.

Pull the filter cap downwards.

[5]

Clean the filter cap.

Unscrew the clamping wheel for the filter element and replace the
filter element.

Screw on the clamping wheel again.

Reattach the filter cap.

Proceed in the same way for the super-fine filter.

The filter elements of the fine and super-fine filters have been replaced.
The compressed air supply can be switched on again.
