Remove the bearing outer race

roller bearing

, thrust bearing

, and

propeller shaft shim(s)

using a press.

Do not press the propeller shaft threads

directly.

Do not reuse the taper roller bearing,
always replace it with a new one.

Remove the needle bearing

Bearing puller assembly

Install the propeller shaft housing assem-
bly in the reverse direction into the lower
case.

NOTE:

Use M8 bolt

for mount the propeller hous-

ing.

Remove the ring nut
