Power unit

10. Install the Woodruff key and flywheel

magnet.

11. Tighten the flywheel magnet nut to the

specified torque.

Apply force in the direction of the arrows
shown, to prevent the flywheel holder
from slipping off easily.

NOTE:

Apply engine oil to the flywheel magnet nut
thread before installation.

12. Tighten the cable holder plate

install the shift lever

Connect the cooling water pilot hose

and ground lead

Connect the fuel hose and oil hose.

Install the intake silencer.

Connect the main coupler

Connect the PTT switch connector and
trim sensor coupler.

Connect the shift cable
