Bracket unit

Loosen the screws

Adjust the position of the trim sensor, and
then tighten the screws

temporary.

NOTE:

To decrease the resistance, turn the trim
sensor in direction

To increase the resistance, turn the trim
sensor in direction

Fully tilt the outboard motor down.

Measure the trim sensor resistance.
Repeat steps 1– 4 if out of specification.

Tighten the screws

Fully tilt the outboard motor down.

NOTE:

Check the trim sensor resistance after tighten
the screws and fully tilt the outboard motor
down.
