screen appears, press and hold the
Home button for approximately 10
seconds. Touch

Note
The reset process typically takes a
few minutes to cycle through the
complete reset. During the reset
process, it is normal for the
Confirm button to remain active
before the reset confirmation
dialogue screen appears. Do not
remove the SD card or power off
the device.
