This section provides a detailed description of

The SERVICE MODE (SM) is a special menu
procedure that the Service staff only can
perform. This procedure is necessary in order
to set the working parameters and to ease the
whole diagnostic phase as well as the faults
finding. Almost all these operations can be
performed with the closed cover. SM allows an
easy operating and, overall, with an optimal
safety level.
La MODALITÁ SERVICE (SM) è una procedura
speciale a menu attivabile solo dal personale
del servizio assistenza. Questa procedura è
necessaria per impostare i parametri di
funzionamento e facilita tutta la fase di
diagnostica e individuazione guasti. Quasi
tutte le operazioni sono effettuabili a carter
chiuso, questo permette di operare sempre in
comodità e, soprattutto, con un ottimo
margine di sicurezza.

To activate the SM it is necessary:
• turn the unit ON by pressing the ON
push-button (if the unit is already on, turn
it OFF, wait for some seconds and then
turn it on again)
• press the MENU and RESET push-buttons
at the some time before the end of the
display check, until the “SERVICE CODE:”
message appears.
• press mAs+ and mAs- push-buttons and

• press the MENU push-button to enter in
the SERVICE MODE
if a wrong code is set, the unit shifts
automatically to the Normal Mode; in this
case, to activate the SM, it is necessary to turn
the unit OFF and repeat the whole procedure.

Per attivare la SM è necessario:
• accendere l’unità premendo il pulsante
ON (se l’unità e già accesa spegnerla,
attendere qualche secondo poi
riaccenderla)
• premere contemporaneamente i pulsanti
MENU e RESET eprima che termini il
check del display e mantenere premuto
fino a che compare la scritta “SERVICE
CODE:”
• agendo sui pulsanti mAs+ e mAs-,
comporre il codice

nella MODALITA’ SERVICE
• se si inserisce un codice sbagliato l’unità
passa automaticamente alla Modalità
Normale; in questo caso, per attivare la
SM, è necessario spegnere l’unità e
ripetere l’intera procedura.
