The replacement of the unit firmware is
performed only in case of software version
updating.
In this case, it is necessary to replace the
component IC22 (“MPU”) present on the
board “B2 Processor Control Board”.
Follow the instructions below:
• Disconnect the unit from the mains.
• Remove the frontal cover of the unit.
• Identify the “B2” board that is in front of
the user.
• Identify the component IC22 (“MPU”) in
the left corner in the lower part of “B2”
board (See following picture).
La sostituzione del firmware dell’unità deve
essere eseguita solo in caso di aggiornamento
della versione software.
In questo caso, è necessario sostituire il
componente IC22 (“MPU”) presente sulla
scheda “B2 Processor Control Board”.
Procedere nel seguente modo:
• Sconnettere l’unità dalla rete.
• Togliere il carter frontale dell’unità.
• Identificare la scheda “B2”, che si trova di
fronte all’utilizzatore.
• Identificare il componente IC22 (“MPU”)
nell’angolo sinistro in basso della scheda
“B2” (Vedi figura seguente:).

WARNING:
Necessary tools: PLCC EXTRACTOR
(in order to pull out the MPU).
ATTENZIONE:
Per la rimozione dell’MPU è necessario il
“PLCC EXTRACTOR”.
• Insert the proper tool in the points “A” and
“B” and remove with care the MPU.
• Inserire l’apposito attrezzo nei punti “A” e
“B” e rimuovere con molta cautela l’MPU.
