1. 1. 1. 1. Place under the collimator, at a 1m
(39,37in) distance from the focus, an x-ray
cassette 18x24 (8x10in) with film. 1. 1. 1. 1. Collocare sotto il collimatore, ad una
distanza di 1m (39,37in) dal fuoco, una
cassetta radiografica 18x24cm (8x10in) con
pellicola.

collimator box or on the keyboard); the
lamp will remain ON for approx. 30s
Premere il pulsante di accensione della
lampada di centratura (si può agire sul
tasto del collimatore oppure sulla tastiera);
la lampada resterà accesa per un periodo
di circa 30s.

collimator side, adjust the opening of the
shutters so that only the cassette surface is
lit.
Con le manopole poste sul fronte del
collimatore regolare l’apertura delle lamelle
in modo che sia illuminata solo tutta la
superficie della cassetta.
4. 4. 4. 4. Perform an exposure (i.e. 63kV/10mAs) and
check that the film has been irradiated
properly or is within the required tolerance.
Eseguire un’esposizione (i.e. 63kV/10mAs)
e controllare che la pellicola sia stata
irraggiata in modo adeguato, o comunque
entro la tolleranza richiesta.
The X-ray data change in function of the cassette
type and the used shields.
As alternative to the cassette, it is possible to use
a fluorescent, graduated and high persistence
shield (field position analyzer). I dati radiologici variano in funzione del tipo
di cassetta e di schermi utilizzati.
In alternativa alla cassetta si può utilizzare
uno schermo fluorescente ad alta persistenza
e graduato (field position analyzer).
