0 1. Route the connection lines through the side open-
ings in the gas condensing module:
■ the gas line and one heating water line through
the rectangular aperture
■ one heating water line through the round open-
ing directly below the rectangular aperture
■ cables from the fuel cell module through the rec-
tangular aperture
Attach the connecting lines at the back of the fuel
cell module.
Never kink lines (min. bending radius 20 mm).
0 2. Connect the gas and heating water lines to the
gas condensing module using gaskets.

Note
Unscrew the cap on the gas connection. Use the
gasket supplied for the connection.
0 3. Ensure connecting sets (accessories) are moun-
ted to the gas condensing module.
0 4. Route condensate drain hose

from the gas
condensing module with a constant fall to on-site
drainage system (see page 29).
0 5. Position and align the gas condensing module
against the wall (see page 25).
0 6. Affix the spacers onto the side panel of the fuel
cell module as shown.
0 7. Attach the separate diaphragm expansion vessel
(standard delivery). See page 24.
0 8. Connect the gas and heating water lines to the
fuel cell module using gaskets.

Route the lines in such a way that they do not
kink. Using cable ties, attach the gas line to the
frame of the fuel cell module.
0 9. Connect condensate drain hose

to the fuel cell
module. Route the drain hose with a constant fall
to on-site drainage system.
10. Position and align the fuel cell module against the
wall (see page 25).

1. Attach the tee with gasket to the heating water

2. Attach the heating water return line from the fuel
cell module to the tee, using a gasket.
