Login ID
The login identification number must be entered for each user in the system. The number must be 10 digits or
less. The login ID must be entered each time the menu system is accessed.
Note: A login ID should be set for each of the 64 users in the system. Otherwise, the default login ID of
“0000000000” will allow access to the system.
Settings: 10-digit number
Keys: Number keys across the top
Default: 0000000000
Privilege
A privilege level must be specified for each user login ID. The control system accepts up to 64 users, 3 of
which may have administrator privilege. Administrators may access all programming screens. Operators and
managers may access all programming screens except for the Administration, System Diagnostics, and Install
Default Menus.
At least one user must be assigned administrator privilege. An error message screen will display if the Enter
key is pressed and there is no user with administrator privilege.

Set Administrator Profiles
If at least one user was granted administrator privilege, the Administrative Profiles Menu will be accessible.
The Administrator Profiles menu is used to define a passcode, automatic logoff and the dwell time for the
automatic logoff option. Operators and managers do not have access to these features.
