1. FEATURES OF F805AT-CK

The F805AT-CK, which is a product that functions as a weight checker, can be used as a checker scale.

Measurement can be carried out in “DYNAMIC MODE” and “STATIC MODE”.

1-1. Dynamic Mode

Weighing starts when the weight exceeds the near zero, and the weighing stops when the weight drops
below the near zero or data is taken in by a fixed count.
Being independent of the weighing time, weighing can be performed with the weight value going
across the near zero. In other words, this mode is suitable for weighing when the belt speed and/or
measuring object size is nonconstant. (Refer to Fig. 1.)
Also, since no external signal is required, this mode has the advantage of being able to simplify your
system.
