1-3. Points to be Noted in Measuring
Filter settings
Adjust the “DIGITAL FILTER” and “ANALOG FILTER” in the “OPERATION” settings, and set
optimum values so as to remove noise components, such as vibration, and to obtain sufficient rising
characteristics.
The relationship between parameter changes, stability, and response is as shown in the table below.

Prevention of double placement
Double placement is a state in which two or more measuring objects are placed on the load-sensing part.
Take the distance (
d ) between measuring objects longer than the load-sensing part ( l ). Be aware that
accurate weighing cannot be performed especially in “DYNAMIC MODE”. (Refer to Fig. 5.)
Long measuring objects
Compared with shorter measuring objects, longer ones cause the entire load to be applied to the load
cell for a shorter time.
Adjust the belt speed, etc., so that a sufficient data count can be obtained. (Refer to Fig. 6.)
