Commands
RCD commands begin with a command mnemonic that abbreviates a
TDR7 functional block. For example, the command mnemonic DC is
the Decoder Controller functional block. To set one of the Decoder
Controller parameters, type
DC
followed by a space and then type a
mnemonic that abbreviates the parameter. For example, the execute
command required to select PID 12 for audio channel B follows:
DC_ADB_PID_12
Some mnemonics are also represented as a number, which can be
entered in the place of the mnemonic within the command. When
entering commands at the RCD, enter either the mnemonic or its
numerical equivalent, not both. For example, to send a query
command to view the list of audio PIDs available in channel A using
a numerical equivalent of a mnemonic, enter the following:

RCD command mnemonics and their numerical equivalents, where
available, are shown in the following sections. The command
mnemonics are listed in alphabetical order by functional block or
command title.
NOTE: Numerical Equivalents for RCD Commands
In the lists of commands that follow, the numerical equivalents
of mnemonics, where available, are shown in parenthesis after
the mnemonic. Don’t enter the parenthesis; enter only the
number.
