Troubleshooting

Output
Observation

The TDR7 is designed to present flawless video and audio. If the video
is not clean, the audio is not clear, or faults are occurring, use the TDR7
to perform one or more of the inspections described below.

1.

View the current faults. If the system is operating within normal
parameters, the LCD displays

No Fault

s. If a one or more fault

conditions exist, annotate the fault and go to step 2.

2.

View the fault history to determine if faults are occurring, and if
so, when the last fault occurred.

3.

Monitor the system performance by allowing the system to
operate for ten to fifteen minutes

4.

View the current faults again. If the system is operating correctly,
the LCD displays

No Faults

.

5.

View the fault history log again. If one or more faults have been
recorded, perform the troubleshooting steps described below.
