Tiernan Warranty Statement and Technical Support

7.

Ship your unit in the original shipping carton and packaging (or
equivalent), prepaid to the address listed below. Do not include
product accessories such as manuals or rack–mount brackets.

8.

All returned units will be completely evaluated and repaired.
Following repair, the unit will be thoroughly tested for
compliance with appropriate specifications. This process will be
handled in an expedient and prompt manner but may be subject
to available labor and material resources.

9.

All units will be configured to DVB defaults when returned.
