Controlled Rate Freezer
After entering all your requirements for the specific profile
press on Save to apply changes. The profile will be saved and
displayed on the Profile List.
Note:
To edit a single line of a profile, enter View Mode, scroll
to the desired profile step and Edit.
Users
The fifth tab on the navigation bar is the Users icon and it
contains a list of both active and inactive users. The list will be
displayed only when a Admin User is logged in. When a user
is logged in and when they press on Users they can only see
their user profile and they can only edit their Name, Email ID
and Password but not the User Role. The following screen will
be displayed once the Users icon is selected:

Adding New Users
Press the Add User button to navigate to the Add a User
screen:

Fill in the information in the fields and press on Add User.
An asterisk(
*
) denotes a required field.
•
First Name:
Enter the user’s first name. (First Name
should be more than two letters and should contain only
alphanumerics)

Last Name:
Enter the user’s last name. (Last Name
should be more than two letters and should contain only
alphanumerics)

Email:
Enter the user’s email address. (Email should be in
this format [email protected])
•
UserName:

Enter the username as required.
(UserName should be more than 3 letters and
alphanumerics, no special characters are allowed in
username)

Password:

Enter and confirm a user password. (The
password entered should be 6-12 characters long and
should have at least 1 uppercase,1 lowercase, 1 number
and 1 special character)

Confirm Password:

Re-Enter the password in this to
match the above entered password.

User Role:

Select the access level for the user.
•
Admin
: This user has access to change settings and
manage profiles.
•
User Role 1
: This user has access to change basic
functionality of their user profile and can view and
adjust Display and Printer settings in settings tab.
•
User Role 2
: This user has access to change basic
functionality of their user profile and can view and
adjust Display, Printer and about settings in settings
tab. This User cannot access Logs tab.

IMPORTANT:
Once a username is added to the database it
cannot be edited or deleted. This feature ensures full
traceability to changes made by both active and inactive
users.
