Unpacking
At delivery, examine the exterior for physical damage while the
carrier’s representative is present. If exterior damage is
present, carefully unpack and inspect the unit and all
accessories for damage.
If there is no exterior damage, unpack and inspect the
equipment within 15 days of delivery. If you find any damage,
keep the packing materials and immediately report the
damage to the carrier.
Do not return goods to the manufacturer without
written authorization.
When submitting a claim for shipping damage, request that
the carrier inspect the shipping container and equipment.
Packing List
The following items are packed along with the unit:
• USB that contains:
- Installation and Operation manual.
- PC Interface 3.3
• Essential Safety Instructions
• 2 ML Int Sample T/C Probe
• 9 Pin DB9 10 ft. Ext Cable
• Standard Ampules Stopper
• Straw Stopper
• 6 Ft LN

Transfer Hose SS
• USB to Serial Adapter
• USB WiFi Dongle
• DPU-S445 User's Guide Disk (Optional)- accessible with
thermal printer models
Remove the Shipping
Brackets
Using a 7/16" wrench or socket, remove the (4) lag screws
attached to the shipping pallet. Remove the (4) 1/4-20 bolts
to detach the (2) shipping brackets from the bottom of the
unit. Refer to the
Figure 1
below.

Note:
These are the unpackaged weights of the unit.
CAUTION:
Use proper 2-person lifting
techniques when handling the unit (refer
Table 2
for approximate unit weight).
CAUTION:
Do not rest the unit on its back as it
may damage the plumbing or plastic heat break.
WARNING:
Carefully remove the shipping
brackets. Some edges may be sharp.
