1. Install the suppressor now, if it is not already installed (refer to the

suppressor manual for installation instructions).

2. If a suppressor is already installed and connected to an existing power

supply, disconnect the suppressor from the existing power supply. For
detailed instructions, see Appendix D. Briefly:

: Unplug the

suppressor cable from the J3 connector on the detector electronics
chassis and disconnect the power source cable from the
suppressor cable.
