Dionex Reagent-Free Controller

4. Reconnect the following EGC holder liquid lines, if they were

disconnected:

•

Connect

TO PUMP/DAMPER

to the pump outlet.

•

Connect the

WASTE, GAS SEPARATOR

to the gas separator waste

tube assembly installed on the waste container.

5. Turn on the pump and set the flow to the rate recommended for your

application. Pump deionized water through the CR-TC, for at least 10
minutes.

6. Turn off the pump and disconnect the coupler.

7. After hydrating the CR-TC,

•

Reconnect

TO INJ VALVE IN - P

to port

on the injection valve.

•

Reconnect

TO SRS/AES REGEN OUT

to the

REGEN OUT

port on

the suppressor.

8. Connect the cable from the CR-TC to the

CR-TC

cable from the

Dionex RFC and connect the cable from the EGC to the Dionex RFC

EG-1

cable. Push two cables together and twist the locking ring to

connect them.

9. Turn on the power to the Dionex RFC.
