The Dionex RFC is “not
enabled” although the pump
is on.
For systems using TTL control:
•
Check that the
Pump
TTL Control Input
connector on the rear panel is connected
correctly and there are no loose wires.
•
Check that the
TTL Control
button
position (out) on the rear panel is selected.
See Section B.2 for DX-320, DX-500, or
DX-600 system TTL connections. See
Section B.5 for DX-120 TTL connections.
For DX-320, DX-500, or DX-600 systems:
•
Check that the
TTL OUTPUT USAGE
is
set to
0 FLOW
on the
PUMP OPTIONS
For systems using AC control:
•
Check that the
AC Control
button position
(in) on the rear panel is selected.
The
RFC ENABLED
LED is
on, but pressing the
DEVICE
SELECT
button does not
turn on the device.
Check to make sure the device type is selected.
If
NONE
is displayed on the default screen for
the generator or suppressor, a type is not
selected. See Section 3.4 for Dionex RFC-10
setup or Section 3.6 for Dionex RFC-30 setup.
