ERR:OVER CURRENT SUPP [121]
This error may be caused by a malfunction in the suppressor
controller electronics.
To troubleshoot:
•
Call Thermo Fisher Scientific for assistance. The Dionex RFC
electronics components cannot be serviced by the user.
•
ERR:OVER POWER SUPP [122]
This error appears when, in order to maintain the selected current, the
Dionex RFC is required to apply a higher voltage than the suppressor
can support.
To troubleshoot:
•
Reduce the flow rate.
•
Rehydrate the suppressor. Refer to the suppressor manual for
instructions. Suppressor manuals are included on the Thermo
Fisher Reference Library DVD (P/N 053891).
•
If the error persists, replace the suppressor. Refer to the
suppressor manual for instructions.
•
ERR:SUPPR NOT FOUND [123]
This error appears when you press the
AES/SRS
DEVICE SELECT
button and the Dionex RFC cannot establish a connection with the
suppressor.
To troubleshoot:
•
Check the suppressor cable connections.
•
If the error persists, replace the suppressor. Refer to the
suppressor manual for instructions.
