The AC power distribution assembly for the Z1890, Z1888, Z1880, Z1808, Z1805, and
Z1803 Plus testers contains power line monitoring circuitry which ensures that acceptable
electrical voltages are maintained within the system.
Important: The LEDs are not safety indicators.

Item # Name Function
1 Fuse T.16A 125V Line monitor board protection.
2 Fault light Red LED indicates detection of out-of-range voltage or
an emergency OFF signal.
3 Power Green LED indicates AC power is ON.
4, 5 Circuit Breakers 4: CB3 is the breaker for four unswitched user outlets.
5: CB2 turns off switched outlets inside the tester.
6 Ground Connects to ground.
7 AC power cable AC power cable hardwired to the tester.
8 25A main circuit breaker Controls main power to the tester.
9, 10 User Outlets 9: Four 120 VAC outlets provide unswitched power.
10: Twelve switched outlets inside the tester.
11 Cable access cover Removable cover attached by two screws and a gasket.
12 (Z1888) Power detector cable Signals AC line conditioner to test incoming AC power.
