Rear Panel—Z1884,
Z1860-NB, Z1860,
Z1840, Z1866, Z1850
The Z1884, Z1860-NB, Z1860, and Z1840 testers have a panel on the lower left rear of the
test head bay. The test head bay rear panel contains the computer input, the remote port, the
wrist strap receptacle, and ground.
The Z1866 has two panels on the lower left rear of the test head bay. The panel for System
A has a computer input, a remote port, a wrist strap receptacle, and ground. The panel for
System B has a computer input, a wrist strap receptacle, and ground.
The rear panel of the Z1850 tester contains the computer input, the remote port, the wrist
strap receptacle, and ground.

Item # Name Function
1 Computer Input Connects computer I/O cable to tester.
2 Remote Connects remote control devices such as start pad
and contains duplicate of control panel signals.
Z1866: The remote port is on the panel for System A
only
3 Wrist Strap Connects wrist strap or antistatic mats.
4 Gnd Connects to ground.
