5.12 Alarm
check
The system allows to check the alarm status: this may be useful if the user could not properly recognize the
event, or simply need a confirmation.
•
During Opening Greeting message playback, dial ### on your telephone
•
If the message played is “Press 3 for English” (alternative language option enabled only in case
parameter 8 is set for English language) press either 3 for the next messages to be played in
English, or nothing or any other digit for the next messages to be played in Italian.
•
Enter password for managing alarm service (parameter 22, default 6666)
•
T11/T12 will playback the message: “alarm 1 on/off, alarm 1 on/off”. If there is at least one alarm on,
T11/T12 plays a message in order to disable alarm triggering during the call.

Remote control relay service
The system allows to activate or deactivate a contact relay.
•
During Opening Greeting message playback, dial ### on your telephone
•
If the message you hear is “Press 3 for English” (alternative language option enabled only in case
parameter 8 is set for English language) press either 3 for the next messages to be played in
English, or nothing or any other digit for the next messages to be played in Italian.
•
Enter password for managing remote control service (parameter 21, default 5555)
•
T11/T12 plays message: “switch off”, “change in…”, “1 switch on”
•
It is possible either to dial 1 in order to change the relay status, or hang up.
CAUTION:
the maximum electrical capability of the built-in remote control relay is 50VAC-200mA. Do not
connect loads of 220V as they would manage the device.
5.14 Call
Diverter
Please call the system with a DTMF telephone only, in order to make any outgoing call as if it was coming
from the line T11/T12 is connected to.

During Opening Greeting message playback, dial ### on your telephone
•
If the message you hear is “Press 3 for English” (alternative language option enabled only in case
parameter 8 is set for English language) press either 3 for the next messages to be played in
English, or nothing or any other digit for the next messages to be played in Italian.
•
Enter password for this service (campo 23 default 7777)
•
T11/T12 will ask for “Number…”
•
Dial the number you wish to contact (area code+number) then wait.
•
T11/T12 puts the caller on hold, engages the line, dials the number and releases the line when
connected. (With this feature, if supported by PBX, it is possible for T11/12 to connect the caller
automatically to the called number)
•
User will hear the call control tone, waiting to be connected to the selected number.
5.15 Local or remote DTMF telephone programming
Call the system with a DTMF telephone in order to modify or check system parameters.
•
During Opening Greeting message playback, dial ### on your telephone
•
Enter password for this service (parameter 19 default 3333)
•
System plays message “Start programming”
•
Dial number of the parameter you wish to program followed by #. (I.e. 30#)
•
T11/T12 plays message: “parameter 30”, value “0-0”, “change to…”
•
Dial the value you wish the parameter to be modified with; wait for the system to confirm.
•
The system will confirm repeating “y-y-y-y” (inserted value)
•
Press # (pound key) to confirm, * (star key) to cancel; the system will answer with “accepted” or
“cancelled”.
•
Proceed with the configuration of a new parameter, hang up or press twice * (the star key) to exit. In
this way the system will be promptly available for new commands or incoming calls.
