Record of a single message
After having entered the programming mode as explained above, system plays message “Start
programming…” and let the user choose which message out of the four operational mode messages has to
be modified. Any new recording will definitely erase current message.
Then select the parameter associated to the message to be recorded, i.e. “100#” for Day message, “103#”
for the Festivity message and so on, as from tab. in paragraph 9.9
The system will play the message: “Please leave a message after the tone…. + beep”. Start recording your
message keeping in mind all the advices from above, leave at least one second of silence after the message
and then stop recording by pressing any DTMF key.
The system will play the message: “Accepted…” in order to indicate that the message has been recorded. If
the message is longer than the assigned time, message “Accepted…” will be played at expiration: in this
case make a new record modifying message content or simply change message memory allocation by
means of parameter 28.

Listening / Check of a single message
It is always helpful to hear again a message just recorded. This simple operation is fully similar to the
recording one just described, and allows the programmer to make him/herself clear about the message
every caller is going to hear. If every record is perfectly satisfying, please hang up, otherwise repeat the
procedure as explained above.
