Calls coming from internal PBX lines are managed by T11/T12 system that, as

Opening Greeting

device

and

Automated Attendant

, may send online up to 4 messages totally customizable by user and for a

maximum of 2 minutes long. These messages may be used upon the different working periods of the
Company: Day-Night-Holiday and so on.

If T11/T12 is equipped with

Music On Hold

board

T7005

(optional), it will provide a further music on hold

line to connect on PBX to be used during caller’s holding.

An optional

Timer

connected over points 3-4 on DIN plug may provide automatic switch between the two

main operational modes (Day-Night); otherwise, switching may be achieved simply calling the system and
entering appropriate DTMF code.

T11/T12 is also a

Alarm telephone dialer,

and may call any emergency number if the contact over points

2-3 is activated. If a Timer is not connected, even 3-4 may be used for a contact to be placed and a different
number may be notified.
Over points 5-6 it is possible to connect a

Remote control relay contact,

in order to drive on/off low power

devices (max 50V – 200mA).

Version T11S/T12S are provided with an

Answering machine board

with a capability of maximum 16

messages and telephone line notification of new messages left unheard.

T11 e T12 are programmable by means of a normal DTMF telephone or locally by serial port of a PC with

connected to COM plug, or remotely by

Dial-232
