Vocal guide pre-recorded messages
Vocal guide messages are bilingual (English and Italian). T11/T12 can be programmed for using only Italian
or English messages or both language concatenated.

Caller’s release
During line engage, the unit continue to monitor a possible caller’s release tone and if detected, the line
becomes available to receive a new call. The release tone’s parameters are customizable.

Stand-by and reengages of call
Stand-by and re-engages of call parameters such as flash’s length are totally customizable.
5.7
Programming and system service access
Services or parameter programming can be accessible with just a normal call. During default message
playback, the user can access one of the following services :

Programming
•
Operational mode’s switching (Day/Night/ Festivity/Holiday)
•
Play message stored in the answering machine
•
Remote control relay activation mode
•
Alarm contact status mode
These services access are password protected; the access to password activation is described as follows:
•
Call T11/T12 and wait for an answer.
•
During the message playback, dial ### on your telephone
•
If the message played is “Press 3 for English” (alternative language option enabled only in case
parameter 8 is set for English language) press either 3 for the next messages to be played in
English, or nothing or any other digit for the next messages to be played in Italian.
•
The message “Dial your password” is played
•
Enter the password of the service you wish to enable (programming mode default is 3333)
•
The system starts the Vocal Guide associated to the chosen service.
Any access code may be masked, that is the system can recognize it even if deliberately entered with a
foregoing set of random DTMF characters. T12 waits 5 seconds for the password sequence to be correctly
dialled, otherwise the message “Invalid password” and then again “Dial your password” is played. The
system will accept wrong password sequences for a maximum of 3 times, then it will play the message “End
of the service” and eventually releases the line.
5.8
Answering machine menu details
Please call the system with a DTMF telephone only in order to retrieve messages left in the answering
machine.
•
During Opening Greeting message playback, dial ### on your telephone
•
If the message played is “Press 3 for English” (alternative language option enabled only in case
parameter 8 is set for English language) press either 3 for the next messages to be played in
English, or nothing or any other digit for the next messages to be played in Italian.
•
Enter password for managing answering machine service (parameter 20, default is 4444).
•
Playback of the message:” Press 0 for answering machine, 1 to start programming”, then press 0.
•
Playback of the message: “There are yy new messages”, then the system starts playing the most
remote message.
•
At the end of the playback, the Vocal Guide menu starts with the message “Press 1 to listen, 3 to
cancel”. Erasing the current message will automatically starts playback of the next one.
•
During any message playback, the following commands are enabled:
digit 1 =
listen message again
digit 7 = back to last message (if saved),
digit 9 =
listen to next message (if existing)
digit 0 = starts vocal guide with “Press 1 to listen, 3 to cancel”
