To Use the Expand Setting

Press the

Fixed Position

: when the vertical gain is changed, the oscilloscope will keep the

vertical

offset level indicator stationary.

Fixed offset

: when the vertical gain is changed, the oscilloscope will vertical offset

Fixed Position

: when the timebase is changed, the oscilloscope will keep the

To Use the Power On Line

Press the

button on the front panel, then press

Power On Line

Enable

Disable.

Enable:

The oscilloscope will turn on automatically when it is plugged in to a live

wall socket / power outlet.

Disable

: The oscilloscope will NOT turn on automatically when it is plugged in to a

live wall socket / power outlet. The power key at the lower-left corner of the front

panel of the oscilloscope will need to be pressed to start the oscilloscope.
