Pulse Rate

The Pulse Generator mode allows you to specify the pulse rate within the range
from 1 to 1/16 for each channel. Changing the pulse rate causes the pulse shape to
change as shown below:

Figure 1-68: Pulse rate

Burst Count

The Bust Count in the Bust mode counts the number of pulses that are at pulse rate
1. If you specify 9 for Burst Count, the analyzer outputs the pulse five times for the
channel of 1/2 pulse rate, because it divides 9 by 2 and rounds up the quotient (4.5).

After a lapse of the delay time you set, the analyzer outputs the specified number
of pulses you set for Pulse Rate.

Pulse Rate

Specifies 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, or Off (no output) for the pulse rate.

Delay

Sets the lead delay (time or percentage).

PW/Duty

Sets the pulse width or the duty. Any of Duty(%), Pulse Width(s) or Trail
Delay(s) is available for this setting.

Slew Rate

Sets the slew rate (V/ns).

A

vailable for any channel to which a DTGM10

or DTGM20 channel has been assigned.

Polarity

Selects Normal or Invert for the polarity of the pattern.

Channel Addition

Sets the channel addition. Selects from Normal, XOR, or AND.
If the odd CH is assigned to physical channel, Normal and XOR can be
selected. If the even CH is assigned to physical channel, Normal and
AND can be selected.

Diff. Timing Offset

Shifts timing for only inverted side of differential output.
Sets differential timing offset on/off and timing volume.

Jitter Range

Sets the jitter range of jitter by the external signal. Available for any
channel assigned to a DTGM32 channel.
