Items

Description

Source

Internal: Uses the trigger signal generated in the DTG5000 Series.

External: Uses the external signal connected to the trigger connector on
the front panel. You can use signal from –5 to +5 V for 50

Ω

, or from –10

to +10 V for 1 k

Ω

source.

Interval

Specifies the interval of the internal trigger. You can set a value from 1.0

s to 10.0 s.

Slope

Specifies the edge at which the trigger is to be generated. Specify this
when you use the external trigger.

Positive: Generates the trigger at the rising edge.
Negative: Generates the trigger at the falling edge.

Level

Specifies the trigger level at which the external trigger is generated. You
can set a value from –5 to +5 V in 0.1 V steps.

Impedance

Specifies external trigger impedance. Selects either 50

Ω

or 1 k

Ω

for the

impedance when the external trigger is used.
