SV 258 PRO (AG) User Manual

1. Press the

<Alt>+<Start>

keys on SVAN 958A to turn on the

system.

2. Reset all settings in SVAN 958AG using

Factory Settings

option (

path: <Menu> / Settings / Factory Settings

)

Note: Newly purchased stations have factory settings as a standard.

3. Make

GPRS

active

(

path: <Menu> / Remote / Network Setup /

GPRS: On

4. Check the Access Point Name (APN).

The default setting for the APN is "

internet

". It is possible that

your Internet provider is using different APN. In this case, the
APN must be entered manually, either via a PC software or the
SVAN 958AG

5. Successful connection to SvanNET is indicated by an icon on

the SVAN 958AG display.

“S” means that connection with SvanNET is
established. Bars and arrows inform about
signal quality and data transmission
