40
1. records of so called time-history (TH) with measurements of velocity vibration from three channels and
measurements of sound pressure from fourth channel made with
Velocity Step
,
2. records of so called summary results (SR) contained measurements of acceleration vibration from three
channels and measurement of sound pressure from fourth channel made with
Human Vibration Step
and
3. records of FFT velocity spectra calculated for velocity vibration signals measured in the first three
channels with the
Velocity Step
.
Wave file
The vibration time history in the form of WAV is stored for three vibration channels and is used for verification of
vibration sources. Accurate post-analysis of the frequency content of the signal is available in the +
program.
If the
Wave Vel.
parameter is switched on (its value is
Continuous
or
On Event
) the instrument will create the
WAV file in which velocity vibration time-domain signals from first three channels will be recorded.
In the case of
Continuous
, signals will be recorded from the measurement start till the measurement end.
In the case of
On Event
, signals will be recorded provided that any Event occurs. The duration of such record
will be calculated as follows: 15 seconds prior the Event +
Event Duration
+ 15 seconds after the event duration,
where
Event Duration
is defined in the
Event
list (see next Chapter). If during the recording new event occurs,
the recording will be continued without brake.
The
Logging
position opens a screen in which
you can define:
-
step for the TH results recording
(
Vel. Step
)
from
the
set:
1s..99s
,
1m..99m
,
1h
-
step for the SR results recording
(
Human Vibr. Step
)
from
the
set:
30s..99s
,
1m..99m
,
1h
<ENT>
-
type of recording of the wave signals from
1-3 channels (
Wave Vel.
) in the wave file
and spectra (
FFT Vel.
,
1/3 Acc
or
1/3 Vel
depending on settings in the
Application
screen) in the logger file: switched off (
Off
),
continuous recording from measurement
start to measurement stop (
Continuous
)
or if an event occurs (
On Event
).
Events are defined in the
Events
screen of
the main
Menu
.

names
(
Logger Name
and
Wave Name
).
To edit the file name, select the
Logger

or
Wave Name
position
and press the

key.
►
Note: In the case the Standard is Off only Summary results for the
Acceleration and Sound measurements are calculated and saved in
the logger file, therefore in the Logging list, you can define only the
Human Vibr. Step and set the Logger Name!
