SV 258 PRO (AG) User Manual

Note: Be sure that the PIN of the SIM card is disabled!

2.1.2 SV 84

– Building / Ground Vibration Accelerometer

SV 84

is a low-noise, hermetically sealed triaxial piezoelectric

accelerometer designed to monitor building and ground vibrations
with the SVAN 958A instrument.

A hermetically sealed glass connector protects the SV 84 from
harmful dust and moisture enabling the outdoor use without
additional enclosures.

The signal ground is insulated from the mounting surface and outer
case to prevent ground loops.

The SV 84 is a part of the SV 207B set that includes also metal
mounting adapter.

Note: See SA 84 Technical Specification on www.svantek.com.

Note: Correct connection of the accelerometer is not signalled by the controller, therefore it is
recommended to perform test measurements each time the station is turned on.

2.1.3 SB 270

– External power supply with AC/DC converter

SB 270

is a waterproof Single Output Switching Power Supply

which is characterised by:
