Chemikalien für die Aufbereitung von Op tiken 
und endoskopischem Instrumentarium

Man. Reinigung und Desinfektion/Ultraschall

Folgende von KARL STORZ hergestellte Instrumente 
und Optiken sind 

nicht für ein komplettes Einlegen 

in Flüssigkeiten geeignet: 

Optiken mit Okular trieb, 

Lupen mit Trieb, IMPERATOR Bohrhandstücke, Pris-
menscheinwerfer. Bei Motoren und deren Handstücken 
sind die Angaben in der jeweiligen Bedienungsanlei-
tung zu beachten.
Folgende von KARL STORZ hergestellte Instrumente 
sind 

nicht für eine Ultra schallreinigung  geeignet: 

Starre 

Optiken, Flexible Optiken, sonstige Instrumente mit 
optischen Glasbauteilen.
Beachten Sie bitte, dass bei der Herstellung und An-
wendung der Lösungen die Herstellerangaben über 
Mischungsverhältnis und Einlegedauer genauestens 
zu  beachten sind. Bezüglich der mikrobiologischen 
Wirksamkeit wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller. 
Folgende Mittel sind von KARL STORZ freigegeben 
bzgl. der Materialkompatibilität:

* Vorsicht: 

Die Verwendung von NATRON -

LAUGE kann an Aluminiumteilen (auch 
 beschichteten), Kunst stoffen sowie an 
 Löt verbindungen zu Oberfl ächenver än-
derungen führen und die Lebensdauer des 
Instrumentariums beeinträchtigen. 
Bei 

fl exiblen Endoskopen 

darf nur der 

Untersu chungsschaft, jedoch 

nicht 

das 

 Gehäuse/Griffteil eingelegt werden.

* Caution: 

The use of CAUSTIC SODA can 

cause changes to the surface of  aluminium 
parts (including coated parts), plastics and 
soldered connections, and may reduce the 
service life of the instrument set. 
For 

fl exible endoscopes, 

only immerse the 

examination sheath, 

not 

the housing/handle 

part.

Chemicals for the preparation of telescopes 
and endoscopic  instrument sets

Manual cleaning and disinfection/ultrasound

The following instruments and telescopes produced by 
KARL STORZ 

must not be fully immersed in a

 liquid: 

HAMOU

®

 telescopes with ocular focusing, mag-

nifi ers with focusing, IMPERATOR drill handles, pris-
matic light defl ectors. For motors and their handles the 
appropriate manual provides detailed information.
The following instruments produced by KARL STORZ 

must not be placed in an ultrasound cleaning bath:

rigid telescopes, fl exible telescopes, other instruments 
with optical components made of glass.
When preparing and using the solutions, follow the 
solution manufacturer's instructions, paying close at-
tention to proper dilution and recommended  immersion 
times. Regarding the microbiological  effectiveness 
please ask the manufacturer. The  following cleaning 
and disinfectant solutions have been  approved regard-
ing material compatibility:

Los siguientes instrumentos y telescopios fabricados 
por KARL STORZ 

no son apropiados para su completa 

inmersión en líquidos: 

telescopios con enfoque del 

ocular, lupas con enfoque, taladradoras IMPERATOR, 
proyectores de luz prismática. Para motores y sus 
mangos correspondientes observe las instrucciónes. 
Los siguientes instrumentos fabricados por KARL STORZ 

no son apropiados para una limpieza por ultrasonidos: 

telescopios rígidos, telescopios fl exibles, otros instru-
mentos con piezas constructivas ópticas de vidrio.
Preste atención y siga minuciosamente las indicaciones 
del fabricante en cuanto a relación de la mezcla y dura-
ción de la inmersión al preparar y utilizar las soluciones. 
Con respecto a la efi cacia micro biológica, le rogamos 
dirigirse al fabricante. Los siguientes productos han 
sido autorizados por KARL STORZ en lo referente a 
compatibilidad de materiales:
