Using .032 in. or slightly larger drill, make a
hole near the tip of each triangle.
☐
Open the hole in the covering over the
hardwood anchor points W21 and bond the
strut mounts in place with medium CA.
☐
Mark four landing gear straps 1/4 in. from one
end.
☐
Grasp the strap with a pair of pliers, just shy
of the mark, and bend 90 degrees.
☐
Ream out the hole in the short end with a 1/8
in. drill bit.
☐
Using a 4/40 x 3/8 in. machine screw, mount
the strap to the cabane strut anchor points in
part W19 at wing center section.
