Allow tubing to extend about 1/4 in. beyond
former F3. Secure tubing with a drop of
medium CA at each former and the exit slot.

Rudder housing - Insert the second length of
tubing in the aft slot on the
right
side of the
fuselage

The tubing will cross over to the other side of
the fuselage behind former F15. Pass the
tube through the hole on the
left
side of each
former. Allow the tubing to extend about 1/4
in. beyond F3, and secure with medium CA.

Using a sharp blade or hobby knife, trim the
ends of the tubing flush with the fuselage
side.
☐
Align ply part F27 over stringers on aft
fuselage with the edge of F27 flush with the
front face of F3. Bond with thin CA.

Wheels:
Remove one ply part Wa and
one balsa part Wb from the parts sheets.
