Position the manifold on the same side as the
holes for the exhaust stacks. Bond.

Insert a 1/8 in. O.D. x 7/16 in. aluminum tube
in each of the holes on the side of the motor.
Bond tubes perpendicular to the motor.

Now bond four 1/16 in. x 1/4 in. aluminum
“spark plugs” to the top of the motor.
☐
Install a short length of Velcro on the bottom
of the dummy motor and position within the
cut-out in the cowl.

Aileron:
Attach aileron to wing with strip
of clear tape. Allow 1/64 in. clearance
between aileron and wing.
☐ ☐
Fold aileron back on wing and secure
with low-tack masking tape.
