Introduction to the RXT Web Interface
Use the RXT web interface to access, configure, and use the RXT drives installed in the
RXT350.
Note:
You can also use the digital display and front panel buttons to
perform certain actions and get certain information. Spectra Logic
recommends using the web interface as much as possible, as it
provides the most comprehensive features and is easiest to use.
To use the web interface, open a web browser, then enter the RXT drive’s IP address in
the address bar.
Note:
If you don’t have the drive’s IP address on hand, use the digital
display to identify the address by following the procedure in
Displaying the RXT Drive’s IP Address Using the Digital Display
on
page 28.
Once your web browser connects to the IP address of the RXT350, it automatically
brings up a login screen. Log in as either administrator or operator, then enter the
password to access the complete user interface.

Note:
The RXT drive supports only one web session at a time.
