1. Open the
Connections (F8)
tab and click
New connection
.
2. Enter the
Name
of the new connection. We recommend to use a meaningful name for later
recognition, e.g. Modbus31 (19200) to indicate port 31 and Baud-rate 19200. Select the
Type
Serial connection
and choose the
Port
your sensor is connected to, set the
Baud-rate
to
19200
and the
Parity/stop bits
to
Even par., 1 stop bit
