2. Remove oil drain plug (8) and drain oil
inside the gearbox.
3. Loose fixing device of the hydraulic hose
with a spanner and remove the hydraulic
hose (7).
4. Loose joints (4) with a spanner, and
remove the joint from brake (1) and
rotary buffer valve (3).
5. Loose four bolts (6) and washers (5) with
a spanner and remove the rotary buffer
valve from the motor (2).

Removal of Motor
1. Put the assembly onto the working table,
keep the motor end upward and loose
hexagon bolt (3) and washer (2).
2. Remove gerotor motor (1) from motor
seat (1) vertically.

Removal of Reducer Assembly
1. Directly take out dust cover (1), O-ring
(2) and spline housing (3).
2. Pour out brake oil.
3. Put the assembly on the working table,
keep the output shaft downward, and
remove 12 bolts (4) on the brake
assembly (5).
4. Screw motor mounting bolts into thread
holes on motor seat of the brake
assembly (5) and pull the brake assembly
(5) from the main assembly.
5. Remove O-ring (6) from brake assembly
and gear ring (7).
6. Remove mounting screws (12) of the
mounting plate (11) from the bottom and
remove the mounting plate (11).
7. Remove mounting screws (10) of the
gear ring from the bottom and remove the
gear ring (7).
8. After removal of gear ring (7), take out
the first stage planet gear set assembly (8)
and leave the second stage planet gear set
assembly (9) only.
