3.4 Installation of Reducer
1. Support the outrigger with proper lifting
equipment.
2. Position alignment: align reducer brake
oil port with bracket gap.
3. Fit washer plane with the mounting
4. surface, apply Loctite 272 thread locker
to bolts and install them one by one.
5. Tighten bolts with torque spanner
diagonally.
6. Fill appropriate amount of gear oil upon
finish of installation.
7. Clean the mounting surface, lift the
motor, and adjust the reducer position:
motor spline shaft engages with reducer
inner teeth, slowly rotate the motor
housing, keep the motor oil port outward
and make motor mounting groove align
with the reducer mounting screw. Apply
Loctite 272 thread locker and pre-tighten
and tighten bolts.
8. Connect hydraulic hoses.
9. Install wheels.
