Removal
The steering wheel is installed with
self-lubrication bearing that must be replaced
constantly.

Loose rim nuts but do not move them.

Support the outrigger with jacks of
adequate capacity, but do not lift up the
machine.

Put steel bars under the rim against the
machine side.

Lift up the machine by around 15cm and
put steel bars under the underframe to
support the machine.

Remove nuts, tires and rims.

Remove locating pin of the connecting
axis pin of the steering oil cylinder.

Remove the connecting axis pin.
Maintenance
The steering mechanism mainly consists of
left and right steering oil cylinders, steering
connecting rods, steering connecting discs
installed on the front outriggers, axis pins, etc.
Steering of the underframe is realized by
outstretching or retracting of left and right
