3.8 Installation of Cushion Block
(Non-floating Configuration)

Maintenance
When the underframe is installed with the
cushion block, maintenance in use shall check
levelness status of front outriggers. If front
outriggers are not well fit with the underframe,
proper adjusting pads can be added on the left
and right sides until the clearance is almost
eliminated. The even number of adjustable
pads shall be preferred.
3.9 Turntable Rotation Mechanism

Rotation Mechanism
1. Underframe, 2. Rotary support, 3. Turntable,
4. Rotary motor, 5. Rotary reducer
Removal of rotary reducer
1. Remove valve on the rotary motor (4)
and rubber hose and joint on the brake of
the rotary reducer (5), and seal up all
openings to prevent entry of dust into the
hydraulic system.
2. Loose bolts and spring washers of the
installation valve and remove balance
valve from the rotary motor (4).
3. Remove fixing bolts of rotary reducer (5)
and turntable (3) with a spanner, and use
proper lifting equipment to remove the
rotary reducer.
Installation of Rotary Reducer
1. Remove foreign matters and burrs on
mounting surface and gear of the rotary
reducer (5).
2. Put the rotary reducer (5) onto mounting
surface of the turntable, check and adjust
gear backlash with the rotary support
with a feeler gauge, and make sure the
gear backlash is 0.15-0.25mm. If the gear
backlash exceeds the required value,
adjust with pre-tightening nuts and
measure again.
3. Cover the bolt with washer, apply Loctite
272 thread locker, install bolts one by one
and pre-tighten in a diagonal manner.
4. Check whether the rotary reducer fits
mounting surface of the turntable.
Measure gear backlash 0.15-0.25mm
