Viewing message details

1. Double-select the message line.

The additional information displays in a dialog box.

Depending on the specific message, the additional information may contain possible
causes and recommended corrective action.

2. Close the window.

Controlling the number of messages listed

1. In the Disp.switch area, select Standard or Extend.

In the Scope area, select Today or All.

Updating the message list

Select Latest info. to place the most current message on the first line of the list.

Printing the messages

1. Select Print.

2. Select All or Specified no.

If you select Specified no, type in the number of messages you want printed beginning
with the most current one.

3. Select Execute.

Deleting the messages

Select Safety clear.
