Every 3 months maintenance

Replacing the lamp

Materials required:

• Halogen lamp, 12 V/50 W

(REF 02127928, PN 073-0099-01)

Time: 60 minutes
Analyzer mode: STANDBY

BIOHAZARD

Wear personal protective equipment.
Use universal precautions.

The lamp MUST be replaced:

•

Quarterly

•

After approximately 2000 hours of use

•

If the system warns that lamp energy is out of range

•

If the Checking Lamp Energy procedure indicates the A-D points are outside the ±40
range of the scatter plot center line or the volts for any of the wavelengths are outside
the range of 5.0 to 9.0 volts

•

If the ATTENU(%) for any of the 14 wavelengths on the Lamp Check Energy
window falls below 80%
